F.Y.I. A Non-profit Corporation is an organization that was formed to support the particular beneficial purposes or group interests of the public other than the accumulation of profits. These NPOs are eligible to receive a tax exempt status from the IRS and states. However, they are required to observe very strict guidelines as to what they may do.
The organization is not forbidden to make a profit from its activities
but what the profit is used for is the criteria. In addition there are
very strict guidelines as to relationship of the organization, its
fundraising and its mission statement.
These all impact on whether your product is suitable for a particular nonprofit organization. Our service will save you time, the cost of unreturned sample merchandise by those unable to purchase your item, and provide targeted areas of presentation.
Our fee for this
unique service is based upon initial product evaluation time and the
amount of additional research required if your product is unique and totally new
to the industry. You will then get a written report with our findings,
suggestions and a list of some possible NPOs we believe
would be interested to consider your product. The evaluation process
can take between 14 and 45 days.
